The room rate quoted is per night and for the number of guests stated on your confirmation letter only. Any changes may affect the rate.
Advance purchase rates are non-refundable and non-transferable
Deposits for reservations that are cancelled, shortened or rescheduled are subject to forfeiture based on cancellation policy described above.
Although we do not guarantee specific room numbers every effort is made to accommodate your requests.
A damage deposit of €1,500 may be required at time of arrival, this will be collected by credit card. Deposits will be refunded in fill via credit card, subject to inspection of the room and facilities used.
Smoking: Please note that the hotel operates a 100% non-smoking policy therefore smoking is not permitted within the hotel. Should evidence of smoking detected in bedrooms please be aware that we will automatically charge a €500 soilage charge to your card to allow for additional cleaning costs to be undertaken.
A valid credit card must be presented at the time of check-in. The name on the credit card must be the same as the reservation name. Without a credit card the hotel reserves the right not to honour your reservation.
All special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. On check in your credit card will be requested to secure your hotel room. We welcome visa debit cards as payment on any incidentals and food & beverage, however in order to charge incidentals and food or beverage to your room a credit card with credit facilities is required on check in. You may be charged a prepayment of the total price on the day of arrival. We graciously accept the following payment types; Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Debit Cards and Revolut.

You can enjoy all these from the comfort of the split-level bar or relax and enjoy in our outdoor dining space made especially for you!
