How many guests can you accommodate for a hen party?

We can cater for hen parties from 6 to 40 guests. Our 75 rooms include doubles, twins, triples, and family rooms, so there’s a comfortable option for every group size. For larger groups, our team will help coordinate room allocations.

What hen party packages do you offer?

We offer several options that can be mixed and matched: a Cocktail Making Class from €25 per person, a Bubbles & Bliss private room package at €15 per person with prosecco, Drinks Trees from €60, and creative workshops including Paint & Prosecco and flower crown making. Contact us and we’ll tailor a package to suit your group.

How far is Victoria Hotel from Galway’s nightlife?

You’re right in the middle of it. Shop Street and the Latin Quarter are a 3-minute walk, and Galway’s most popular hen party bars — including An Púcán, The Quays, and Monroes — are all within 5 minutes on foot. No taxis needed.

When should we book our hen party?

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for summer weekends and Galway Race Week (late July/early August). A 25% deposit secures your booking, with the balance due on arrival.

Can we arrange activities outside the hotel?

Absolutely. Galway offers everything from boat cruises on the Corrib to escape rooms, dance classes, and spa experiences. Our team can recommend and help arrange local activities to complement your stay.

Is there a minimum stay for hen parties?

There’s no minimum stay, though most hen groups book for two nights (Friday and Saturday) to make the most of the weekend. One-night packages are also available.
