Great place to stay! 5 great place to stay accessible to center of the city. Very courteous staff, delicious breakfast and great bar to hang around for drinks and a good chat. General manager Franco was very helpful with an issue I had he is on top of managing the hotel. Not an easy task but he was extremely helpful thank you very much Franco. A great place to stay you will love the accommodations

Nice drinks, good service/value Really nice and relaxed vibe, server Brendan is very hospitable and gives good service every time I’ve been in. Would recommend great spot for lunch or for a few drinks after work. Menu is quite varied so lots to choose from. The location is great as it’s right in town but in a less crowded area. Would recommned!

Brendan - bartender and server I went to the Victoria Hotel with a friend we had a lovely dinner and some lovely cocktails, the hotel was absolutely stunning. The bartender and server that was dealing with my friend and I was Brendan he was excellent - attentive, and friendly. Which made our time at the hotel an overall pleasant experience.

Great spot for a quick bite, decent food. Just moved down to Galway from Dublin, this place was recommended to us as well worth a try. Queen St in the hotel, had a great experience, service staff were great, food was decent enough for basic gastro pub food, atmosphere was great. The staff seemed a bit understaffed and rushed but couldn't fault their effort, young manager on the floor was well ontop of things. We had a pizza and some wings and a few pints, certainly will be back when time allows. nice place.

We stayed here two nights.Very nice rooms.Good service.Rooms are up to date and bathrooms are super nice.Logistically hard to beat.Walk out right into the best areas of Galway.Dela and Martines are great places to eat.Crane Pub best traditional Irish music.The ding for here is the coffee and breakfast.Quality of breakfast is subpar and the 'coffee is terrible.'(They need to get the coffee machine all the other hotels have incorporated.)If you 're a coffee snob...you'll want to stroll down the block to the coffee shop.

Fantastic hotel with a terrific location. Walking distance from the station and to the shops, bars and restaurants. Also sports a great bar/restaurant itself, with a decent menu and great selection of Irish whisky. Thanks Brendon for your recommendations.

Great location, rooms and staff. Only fault no pastries scones etc to be had with a coffee in the bar mid afternoon.

All round great value hotel. One criticism: no residents bar open at 1.00am sat night/ Sunday morning.

Fantastic location. The room was very nice and clean. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant. It was delicious, and the service was great.

Our stay at the Victoria Hotel in Galway was great. The room was clean, up to date, and comfortable. The location was excellent. It was close to all the action, shopping, music, restaurants, pubs, etc. The breakfast was fine...enough to fill us up for a day on the run. We did not take advantage of the hotel restaurant or bar. Overall a good stay!

What a great hotel and do helpful.Organized a hen this weekend in Galway and the hotel were amazing to deal with I had to chop and change the booking multiple times and no hassle at all.

If you are going to Galway, the Hotel Victoria should be your first choice for accommodations. Less than a 5 minute walk from the train station, this hotel is steps away from where you would meet your tour bus out of Galway or a 5-minute walk to the Latin Quarter if staying in town for the day. The Hotel Victoria's staff are very helpful with suggestions and making sure your stay is terrific. No Complaints, we WILL be staying there again!

The Victoria House was in a perfect location for us. It was a 5 min. walk to the train station, 8 min. walk to the Ferry to the Aran islands and about a 8 min walk to the hopping Latin Quarter. The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Comfortable room with dark curtains. Although it was in a busy area the room was quiet. The staff was pleasant and helped us with dinner and music suggestions. Great location in central Galway. We were able to walk everywhere. Parking was available one block away and the hotel offers a discount.

Myself and a group of friends booked in for a bridal party brunch at Queen Street. The service we received was outstanding. From the moment I emailed to arrange the booking, Alessandro, the manager, was beyond helpful for our group booking and was quick to respond to any queries or changes I made to the booking. On the day we ate at Queen Street, the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly to our group. They really went above and beyond for us and really made us feel relaxed and welcome. The brunch options were delicious and everyone was really happy with their food and drinks choices. I would definitely recommend Queen Street for brunch and for any group bookings and parties. Thanks to Alessandro and the service team at Queen Street for taking the best care of us!
