The breakfast is really good and with multiple choices, the full irish breakfast was amazing.

The professionalism and courtesy of the two ladies at the main hotel reception was to set the tone to follow. The cleanliness and layout if the entire foyer and restaurant and bar area was the highest standard. In particular, I was impressed by the Art Deco design of the bar area which I understand had been redesigned recently. A 1920s feel created a unique ambience. Wall designs of tropical plants and verdant growth is a cozy and interesting design feature which we discussed at length. As for the lunch itself, I was very impressed with the Cod and I had a side of Sautéed Onions. As onions are my favourite food, I was eager to taste this and I was not disappointed. They were softly done and not over cooked. My friend had the Gnocchi which was equally excellent. The manager was very professional and helpful and every place should be run like this! read less

There is a Tour Company steps from the hotel, and your tour bus picks you up across the street. The hotel offers many amenities, including excellent restaurants, a bar, and lounge. The desk staff was accommodating and friendly lounge staff. Our room and bathroom were spotless, and the beds and bedding were clean and comfortable.
This was my second stay in Victoria, Oct 2021 and Oct 2022. I like this hotel so much that I changed my itinerary to accommodate open booking at the hotel.

In addition, hotel offers a great breakfast that was included with our booking. You get the choice of one hot AND one cold breakfast meal option from the menu. You won’t go away hungry.

They also validated parking so that we were able to park our car for free at the QPark just a block away.

Staff at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. They provided us with suggestions for places to go. Also, gladly printed out our covid test results that we needed for airport check-in.
